You The People classroom package costs $495 or approximately
$16.50 per student. Volume discounts are available. The
books are reusable indefinitely and come with a limited
copyright release to allow you to reproduce those parts
of it that you need to make it function. There are no
hidden or future costs to this program. If you reuse
the books for 3 years the cost is only $5.50 per pupil.
- The
program comes as a classroom package. This includes 30
Student Handbooks, 30 pocket copies of the U.S. Constitution
and Declaration of Independence, 1 Lead-in Video Tape
(telling the Constitution story from a perspective of
why the Constitution was written), and 1 Teacher's Guide.
The package can be customized for larger or smaller classrooms.
- Many
people need to experience this program to fully understand
it. There is a one day in-service demonstration program.
This can be used to familiarize students, administrators,
parents and/or faculty with this program and experience
the benefits first hand. Price varies by district and
size.
- While
the Teacher's Guide is designed to be used without training,
some districts want a more in-depth experience to prepare
their teachers. There is a one-time, in-depth, train
the teachers/trainers workshop that takes one full day
or two partial days. We can train up to 120 teachers/instructors
during this time. Extra days are available at reduced
cost if you have a need to train more people. The in-depth
training is $3,000.
